Our Process

All Arctic Blast Treats products undergo a specialized lyophilization process, more commonly known as freeze-drying. This advanced preservation method begins by freezing the product, followed by reducing the surrounding pressure so that the frozen water within the product transitions directly from ice to vapor.


This process removes moisture while preserving the product’s flavor, texture, and quality, resulting in the light, crunchy treats our customers love. Freeze-drying also helps extend shelf life without compromising taste.


Allergen Information

Each product is individually packaged prior to the freeze-drying process and sealed in Arctic Blast Treats’ specialized packaging after completion to maintain freshness, quality, and product integrity. Product descriptions and ingredient information are sourced directly from the original manufacturer to ensure accuracy.


While we take careful steps in packaging and handling, cross-contamination may still occur, including from the original manufacturer. Our products may come into contact with common allergens such as:


  • Nuts – including tree nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, and cashews, as well as peanuts
  • Eggs – trace amounts of egg proteins may be present
  • Milk – products may contain traces of milk or dairy derivatives


Consumers with food allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have questions regarding ingredients or potential allergens.

Purchasing Information

Arctic Blast Treats products are not sold directly through our website.

Our freeze-dried treats are available through:

  • Special orders
  • Select retail locations

Returns & Product Issues

Due to the nature of our products and the way they are distributed, all sales are generally final.

However, we want every customer to enjoy the quality of Arctic Blast Treats products. If you believe a product has a quality issue or was damaged during handling, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include:


  • A description of the concern
  • Photos of the product (if available)
  • The location where the product was purchased


After reviewing the issue, we may provide one of the following:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit or gift card
  • Refund at our discretion


Personal taste preferences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


Freshness Guarantee
